Stylist UI

Server-side implementation of the kRO Stylist window for rAthena.

**Features**
- Numeric selectors for BodyColor, HairStyle and HairColor, using the loaded client catalogue
- Outfits from the character's evolution branch, while preserving the actual job
- Outfit eligibility by job tier, sex and catalogue, rechecked on login, job/sex changes and configuration reloads
- Purchases paid with zeny or coupons, validated server-side before anything is consumed
- Accessories delivered through RODEX, with a durable SQL purchase journal and retry handling
- Client EXE patcher: dye removal fix, outfit-tab eligibility and favorites per character/job
- StylistTools.exe: change the number of clothing colors, hairstyles and hair colors from a window, no Python needed

**Requirements**
- rAthena master (Renewal)
- Client 2026-02-19
- PACKETVER 20260219 (exe date)

**Install**
1. `git apply diff/stylist_ui.diff` in your rAthena folder
2. Set `#define PACKETVER 20260219` in `src/custom/defines_pre.hpp`
3. Import `server/sql-files/upgrades/stylist_accessories.sql` into your database
4. Recompile map-server and char-server, copy `client/` to your client and run `patcher/StylistUIPatcher.exe` on your client EXE
5. Install the palettes GRF in your client

The Stylist NPC is at **Prontera 170,180**. Default counts: 667 clothing colors, 42 hairstyles and 5 hair colors. (See stylist.conf)```
