Ragnarok Online Stutter Fix for 2024, 2025 and 2026 clients

Hey everyone,

Sharing a chat stutter fix as a small contribution to the community. This issue affects private servers running clients from 2024 onward, including the latest official clients supplied by kRO, Yep! kRO hasn't managed to fix this for about 3 years.
The hardest part wasn’t fixing the bug, it was tracking down its cause. We previously sold this fix to another server for 3,000€. With so many players affected, however, we’ve decided to make it publicly available for everyone.

This fix addresses the chat related stuttering demonstrated in the thread below:

If you experience brief freezes or FPS drops, especially during heavy combat, this guide explains how to remove unnecessary processing from the client’s chat append path while retaining native wrapping for longer messages.
It's also known that this does not happen to everyone, however, it affects the majority of players.

This is a client EXE modification; no server or resource changes are required. The guide explains the implementation rather than relying on fixed addresses for one client date.
